Giovanni did an amazing job!!!!!!10/10

After my last visit the owner had called to discuss my review (in which I had said that I wouldn't be back) and offered a free haircut next time, and assured me that I'd be super satisfied. So my tufty haircut finally are out so I thought I'd pop in today for a trim. There was a guy in the chair, an my wait time was shown as about 5 mins. Just as the stylist was finishing up, another guy came in and checked in. I was surprised when my wait time suddenly went from 5 mins to 35mins, so I left. Sorry guys, I gave you another chance, but Supercuts is just a few mins away, and never had a bad haircut there, or been bumped in line.
